I finally ran out of bandwidth.  Turns out the throttled speeds aren’t bad at all.  I was expecting dial-up style slowness but I’m still downloading at about .81 mbs (and about a quarter of that for uploads) which, while not awesome, is loads better than my expectations and more than enough to keep me blogging.  It will likely slow down the amount of shows I upload, but not by that much.  And posting will now be able to continue at regular speeds.  Huzzah!

  2. Great to see more David Crosby, truly one of the great iconic voices of ‘rock’ well certainly a big favourite of mine anyway. Why on earth he didn’t record more with the Dead I will never understand. I mean all that hype about Bob playing with them (eventually) but really DC and the Dead is a perfect match IMO.
The ‘Perro tapes’ were great, you’d have thought that would have led to more of an ongoing association over the decades.
