  1. This is recorded at the Liverpool University’s Mountford Hall. They had mikes suspended from the ceiling and a wealth of unoffical music was recorded and only made available to those in the know who were members of the student union. Saw so many great bands there and at Eric’s night club. Happy days.

  4. I’m afraid this is the only Bunnymen show I own. ND do you happen to have any of the other shows recorded there?

  5. Hi Matt, most of the stuff I have left is on low gen audio, mainly kept on for sentimental reasons. Lost a lot of stuff went I have moved around or given to friends as presents. of all the stuff I have by the Bunnymen, the best is the concert at the Manley Vale Hotel 1981, 1st gen sound board given to me by Will Sargent. 4 tracks from this appear on the remastered heaven Up Here. I have the complete concert, never seen it out there in web land even though it was a FM broadcast, my copy has the encore not broadcast on radio. Still on cassette and never got round to putting it on CD. Must make it a project before my ears get any worse. I got the tinnitus thing.

  6. ND, thanks for replying. Apologies for taking so long to do the same. Sickness and holidays got me distracted. If you ever do get some of those shows converted to digital and want to spread them around, I’d be happy to help.

  7. Wow this is great! I love that early Echo sound sheesh. Does anyone happen to have a copy of their “Live at Erics 1979” show when they were still using Echo?
