Digitally remastered using a custom built, Dual-DAW, nicknamed Bertha,

The Serafin source was completely reassembled prior to processing. Retracking was done using CDWave after all processing was completed. The wavs were tested for SBEs prior to encoding to SHN.

The fade between d3t03 and d3t04 was done by Serafin or others and was left as-is due to no overlap being provided. This is the reason I do not use fades between discs. All of my disc changes are at track markers to make for seamless rejoining of tracks when transferring to larger media.

  1. Not just a ‘Bertha’ remaster but a full on reconstruction! Thought the date was too familiar, but in fact it is of course the night after the first of Dick’s Picks. I’m sure the usual candidates around here will be pleased to see this one in the inbox. I’ll be interested to find out from them if this is as essential as it appears to be!
