  4. We’re pretty close to that now Jersey Tom, but I can’t quite stop posting other stuff.

When I move and get good internet I’ll hopefully be able to post more often. Its killing me how difficult it is to upload anything these days. I’m hoping once I’m set up over there I’ll get back to multiple posts a day and no doubt that will increase my Dylan output.

  5. Another good post from a very good period for Bob gigs. Some of these gigs come with the Paul Simon set and some are edited like this one.

ps more Bob of course! however it would be nice if this blog could continue to find space for Arlo too. Great artist and rarely gets featured on other blogs (despite my continual pleadings!)

Cheers Mat for filling another lossless gap

  6. Ah Arlo. I rarely see anything from him. I have one other show with him and Pete that I posted ages ago. Good stuff.

You can’t imagine how excited I’m getting at the thought of real internet and being able to download and upload at a regular rate.

Can’t confirm wehter we ‘NEED’ this version, got the wrong external drives plugged in at the moment. I’ve grabbed a copy to be on the safe side, Well worth a look anyway, classic set for those who don’t have it already

  8. Mat,

Shouldn’t be forgotten that the Van posts on this blog are very much appreciated by many too. In fact this blog is the ‘goto’ place for many to get their Van fix, judging by many of the comments i’ve read here over time.

Maybe when your up/down issues are back on an upward curve I could put some more Bob tour anthology sets your way for posting. They are rarely less than interesting and popular with many Bob fans in my experience.

    Just something to ponder on…

  9. Yes, yes, yes. I’m always gonna love anything you send. I’m sorry I’ve not posted everything you’ve sent my way yet. I try to keep my boots organized but they are still something of a jumbled mess on multiple drives, CDs and DVDs. Which tends to mean that I grab your stuff and other stuff and put it somewhere but then quickly forget who sent what and when and just post whatever looks interesting at the moment.

I’m hoping my posts will be a little more organized once I’m set up and more regular.

The Van posts always get good comments and its cool that I see so many recurring names on those posts. The Dead and Jerry get less comments but I know they have a loyal following as well. Admittedly The Dead can be found in a lot of places, but Jerry shows less so.

I also want to be able to post a lot of other random artists too.

  12. It seems to be corrupted in my FLAC file. The FLAC does seem to play fine but when I convert it I get an error every time. Sorry about that. If anyone can get the FLAC to convert please let me know.

  13. hi Mat,
when I play the flac file, it also stops after 3+ min. the converter shows me, that it is 7+min. but also stops converting after 3+ min.
    have a nice weekend

  14. Yep, its doing that to me too. Sorry didn’t investigate farther than just seeing my FLAC played and had a timing of 7 minutes. Weird how that’s screwed up.

Apologies all around, that’s something I cannot fix and I have no idea where I got the show from now.
